  • Do your products contain preservatives, parabens or sulfates?"
    No. All our products are always free of parabens, sulfates, preservatives and phthalates. Even the sodium hydroxide we use to make our soaps is food grade. We would not make or sell any products we wouldn't be comfortable using ourselves or using on our families.
  • Do you use artificial colorants in your soaps?
    No. We only use natural colorants like natural clays, herbs and micas.
  • What do you use to scent your products?
    We scent our products 2 ways -Essential Oils - 100% natural, essential oils are extracted from plants, flowers, leaves, and rinds of some fruits. The Essential Oils used in our products are 100% vegan, and are free of any synthetic compounds. Phthalate Free Fragrance Oils - These fragrances are synthetic and specifically designed for cosmetic use. Derived mostly from organic compounds found in plants, these oils are always free of phthalates, parabens, sulfates, carcinogens and genotoxins.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
    Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can ensure we address any questions or concerns you may have. Calavera Rose products are made locally with all natural ingredients. The beautiful lavender and all natural unrefined honey used in our products are all purchased from local farms. Our products are all handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. All our products are SULFATE FREE, PRESERVATIVE FREE, PHTHALATE FREE AND PARABEN FREE! Our products are vegan with the exception of those that contain unrefined all natural honey, beeswax and goat's milk.​
